The Catcher in the Rye

This book is a very interesting one because I feel that it really captures what a teenager in high school would actually say. I mean he does not care about anything to deal with school. He is getting kicked out of a boarding school called Pencey and he still does not care. His history teacher tried to lecture him telling him the importance of working hard and he made up an excuse to get out of it. I mean I think that this is how all high school students would act if no one was there to watch over them. It would all be chaos and destruction. I mean there might be some high school students like him but not as many brave I believe.

My new book is Go Ask Alice and what i thought

Well this book seems to be pretty good. I just really wanna talk about the drugs in this book because I feel this girl did not take drugs on choice. It was a dumb joke used by the people to put LSD in peoples drinks at the party. They were not aware that she was not aware of this dumb joke. I mean who tricks someone with drugs as a joke. Drugs are no joke because I do not think if someone died because of drug overdose and then the person who joked with drugs said it was a joke it would be okay for them. One thing everyone should know is do not do drugs or do not be tricked into them because they will ruin your life just read the book and you will find out how bad.

Wanna find out what happens at the end?

Now more drama occurs towards the end of the book. First Abigail the mother moves to california to start a new job at a winery and so grandma Lynn comes to help out the Salmons. After that Lindsey gets very suspicious and goes to Georges house. She sees a picture of a pit but gets kicked out when George comes home early. He feels scared so he leaves the town and starts to move all around. Then one day a hunter in Connecticut finds one of Georges old victims and one of Susie's charms. He links it to detective fenermen. Then out of no where Jack has a heart attack. So Abigail returns to see him in the hospital. Then finally in the end George sees another women that he tries to seduce but she refuses and he gets hit with a icicle in the head and dies. I was happy at the end because he got what he deserved.

Why the lovely bones shows real drama?

This book is getting really intense. So much is going on with Susies family after her death. First her father suspects that George killed his daughter and he really did but there is no lead on it. Then he gets upset when the investigation is dropped. Then he thought he saw George when someone was flashing a light in the corn field so then he goes outside with a baseball bat. It turns out its susies friend and boyfriend. They get into a fight n her father has to get a knee replacement surgery as a result. If you think thats all then susies mom has a affair with a man named Fenermen. If you are following this wait till later because you will only find out next time what happens.

The lovely bones

In this book it really brings a good point of the real life. They bring up something that is not good but still its going on today. It is rape and it is not good thing going on today. In the lovely bones a girls neighbor rapes her and then kills her. The man now acts if he does not know what happened to her. People need to realize that the people they least expect could be stalkers or rapers. So i would say that people should be more observant of what is going around in there area. Even with this people should still be more open to new ideas.

What i think the symbol in Emma is?

In the book Emma I think that the symbol representing this book would be a diamond ring. My reason for this would be that in this book i would say that they are living a nice and fancy life style. Also a diamond ring is a fancy and nice thing. I also think that the symbol can also be the an antique because this book was written in 1861 and it has to deal with some old lifestyles. At the same itme this book has a few modern things going on in it.

What I think this book has with being a leader?

In the book When she was good the main character is talked into running away from home by her sister who I think is a bad leader. It was her idea to run away from home and she still does not help her sister with work or anything they need to survive. I mean leaders they do not always do everything but they are supposed to be the ones who support the most. Also I find that leaders have to either have the best ideas or be strong because they can not have themselves messed up and let other people get to them. That is why i would say that both the main character and her sister are very bad leaders.

New book and how it relates to some people today

I am reading a new book called When She Was Good. This book has to deal with a family that is living in poverty and how losses should not be replaced. I think it is especially important that I talk about people less fortunate than us because some people make a scene if they do not get one thing but some less fortunate may not have anything. Also I feel that if people do not get things that are unnecessary that there would be more people donating to those who are less fortunate. If more people thought about this than I think there would be a great decrease in the amount of people in poverty today. So for whoever is reading this blog I think that next time you go out and buy unnecessary things first think about people less fortunate than you.

How i feel that the book Prep relates to us freshmen

I believe this book relates to us freshmen by the fact that the protagonist is a freshmen. Also shes new so that she would not have known anyone in the school even after a while. I think that she relates to us because i would say at first all of us were quiet and that she is quiet in the beginning of the school year. Also we know how it feels to be a freshmen because i would say that were not treated the best cause we are freshmen. I mean in the beginning of her school year she was a loner until someone actually talked to her. That is also how us freshmen are in the beginning of the year.

First book i choose to read

I choose the book prep because i recommended this book from a friend. Also on amazon .com when i read the review it was making me interested in reading it. It has to do with a freshmen girl which relates to all of us freshmen to know how high school is for all the freshmen.
